Spanish Negroni

• 4.5 cl Amontillado Sherry
• 3 cl Campari
• 3 cl Gin
• 1.5 cl Sweet vermouth
• 1 twst Orange peel

Add liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until cold. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with the orange twist.
