- 3 cl Rye
- 3 cl Grappa Marolo di Moscato
- 2 cl Suze
- 2 cl Fennel syrup
- 1 ds Black Walnut bitters
- Big grapefruit peel for garnish
Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cubes. Express grapefruit peel and drape around the rim and ice.
